I have a brother-in-law that spent several years living in a monastery and considered becoming a Monk. In the end he decided living the life of a Monk wasn't for him, and he moved back to the Missouri Ozarks . Not ready to completely join society he lived deep in the woods in an old farm house located between Ozark and Ava, Missouri. This 12X16 painting is based on an old 1970's color photograph taken of him at sunrise.
The painting is available unframed or framed in a in a distressed Black and brown wooden frame. Original artworks displayed on this website are one of a kind, and purchases of are determined by availability.
